Thanks for speaking to my client, he called me today and was extremely thankful and will obviously be keeping your contact information handy. I left you a voicemail regarding same, but at the time I had him call you we were expecting that he would be able to revise his Identification form based on the IRS 1031 extension. Unfortunately, as helpful as the IRS extension was to many of our clients it did not cover everyone and that includes my client. I do my best to refer anyone who has interest in DST your way as you treat people the right way and of course handle the top tier DST.
